Every one of these is confirmable against a federal system of record. The routes, with the exact string to search, are on contract vehicles. A claim on a subcontractor's own website is not diligence and you should not treat it as such.
How to buy
How to put us on contract
Two routes. Subcontract under your own vehicle — the firm takes subcontracts on programs a prime already holds, and as an SBA-certified SDVOSB it adds set-aside credit to a subcontracting plan rather than consuming it. Or, for a requirement your customer can direct, SDVOSB sole-source and set-aside award under FAR Subpart 19.14 — the mechanism, codes, and verification routes are on how to buy from us.
For a set-aside subcontracting plan the socioeconomic status above is what does the work — no vehicle required.
Capacity
Built for more than it currently runs
IAI scales with the requirement. The firm takes on new task areas, and it is deliberately structured — flat, low-overhead, analyst-led — for larger efforts than it currently runs. The chief executive has managed a multi-year contract providing over sixty expert analysts to a national-level intelligence agency; staffing an analytic requirement at scale is a known quantity here, not a first attempt.
What that means for a capture: bring the requirement, including one outside the practices listed below. If it needs cleared analytic judgment, it is in scope — and you will get a straight answer on fit, including a no if it is not one.
What we can staff
Capability summary
Practices
| Tier | Practice | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Flagship | Supply Chain Risk Management | Cleared all-source analysts assessing vendor, component, and ownership risk inside federal supply chains. |
| Core | Corporate Due Diligence | Ownership structure analysis, foreign control indicators, and CFIUS-related support from career intelligence analysts. |
| Core | All-Source Intelligence Analysis | The analytic tradecraft every other capability here rests on, applied across disciplines for the IC, DoD, and DHS. |
| Core | Counterintelligence and Insider Threat | Analytic support to counterintelligence and insider threat programs across DoD, DHS, and national-level agencies. |
| Core | AI and Data Solutions | Analyst-led, AI-accelerated: the firm builds and operates its own AI tooling in support of analytic work. Judgment is never delegated to a model. |
| Supporting | Technical and Program Services | IT professional services, program management, IV&V, application development support, and technical SME support to proposals. |
The tiers read as range, not limits: flagship is where the firm has proven it most recently, core is what it does routinely, supporting is what it brings to a team, and emerging is where it is growing. A task area not listed is a question, not a no.
Coverage
Geography and past performance
Headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with analysts working on customer sites across the region. The company describes its support as global across intelligence disciplines; the corporate footprint is DC metro.
Customers, by category, since 2006: Department of Defense (DoD) · Department of Homeland Security (DHS) · National Guard Service · National-level agencies · Combatant Command (COCOM) · State, federal, and local law enforcement · Defense contractors · Commercial clients.
Sanitized past performance entries are on past performance. Customer organizations are never named, contract numbers and ceiling values are never published, and that will not change for a teaming conversation — which is worth knowing in advance, and is the same discretion your program would get.

A specific case
If you sell a risk platform
Supply chain risk management has two layers. Software screens suppliers at scale and flags anomalies. Cleared analysts take an ambiguous ownership structure or a suspect component and produce a judgment a government customer can act on and defend.
Platform vendors delivering federal task orders regularly need the second layer and do not carry it in-house. This firm is that layer, and it is an SBA-certified SDVOSB — a subcontractor that adds set-aside credit to a plan rather than consuming it.
The reasoning in full is on supply chain risk management .
