Concept: a dense field of unstructured data resolving into ordered structure, with the one element analysis surfaced — the finding — highlighted.

Core practice

AI and Data Solutions

Analyst-led. AI-accelerated. The firm builds and operates its own AI tooling in support of analytic work — and every finding is rendered by a cleared analyst.

Analyst-led. AI-accelerated.

IAI builds and operates its own AI tooling in support of analytic work. Because we are small and analyst-led, that tooling is shaped by the mission in front of us rather than by a product roadmap — it evolves as requirements evolve, and we build toward what a task demands rather than what a platform happens to offer.

What does not change: every finding is rendered by a cleared analyst. Judgment is never delegated to a model.

You will notice this page does not list what the tooling does. That is deliberate. A published feature list becomes a ceiling — it carves the work into channels and freezes yesterday’s build into a promise — and the tools move faster than a website should. The durable claim is the posture: analysts who build what the mission needs, and stand behind every judgment themselves.

The same discipline, applied to automation

The judgment that shapes our own tooling is available to customers as a service: AI and machine learning planning and integration support, and data aggregation, scoped by analysts who have spent years on the receiving end of tooling and know before money is committed which parts of a workflow automation will genuinely carry — and which parts it will quietly make worse.

Knowing where a tool stops being useful is worth more than knowing where it starts.

It was in the name before it was in the toolchain — the mark has always read i·A·i.

Deliverables

What you receive

A finished product, not a data extract. Each of these is written to be read by someone who has to make a decision.

  • Analysis, accelerated

The same deliverables as every practice here — assessments a decision maker can act on and defend — produced by cleared analysts working with tooling built for the task.

  • Planning and scoping support

An assessment of what a proposed capability would genuinely do for an analytic workflow, and what it would not.

  • Data aggregation

Bringing dispersed and inconsistent sources into a state where they can be worked.

Why this firm

Each claim below is paired with what makes it true. The content model requires the pairing, so a claim cannot be published on its own.

Analyst-led. AI-accelerated.
The firm builds and operates its own AI tooling in support of analytic work, shaped by the mission rather than a product roadmap. Every finding is rendered by a cleared analyst; judgment is never delegated to a model.
Scoped by practitioners
Founded in 2006 by career intelligence analysts. The people building and scoping the tooling are the people who have to stand behind what it produces.
Procurement

How this is ordered

As an SBA-certified SDVOSB, the firm is eligible for sole-source and set-aside award under FAR Subpart 19.14 — no vehicle required — and it takes subcontracts on programs a prime already holds.

SDVOSB eligibility, NAICS and PSC codes, UEI, CAGE, and the independent verification routes are all on how to buy from us.

Government

Describe the requirement and we will come back with scope and a named analyst lead. Quote requests reach a principal directly.

Government inquiry

Primes and platform vendors

Software vendors delivering federal task orders routinely need cleared analytic services partners. Socioeconomic status, codes, and vehicles are on one page.

The page is written and complete. What is missing is the sign-off itself: releaseApprovedBy is set, releaseApprovedDate is null, and approving is meant to be a deliberate act rather than a default. Nothing customer-facing publishes without it.
