What this site collects

Written from what the site actually does, not from a template. There is less of it than you might expect: no database, no cookies, no third-party trackers, and no requests to anyone else's servers.

In short

The short version

  • Nothing is collected unless you fill in a form. Reading the site sends us nothing.
  • Form submissions go to an email inbox. They are not written to a database, a CRM, or a marketing list, because none exists.
  • No cookies are set and no trackers are loaded. The site ships no JavaScript on any page.
  • Fonts are served from this site, not a font network. Your browser makes no request to Google or any other third party while loading these pages.
  • Nothing is sold or shared. Ever, to anyone.

Two things worth knowing

There is a hidden field on every form. It is labeled "Company website", it is not shown to you, and it exists to catch automated spam — software fills in every field it finds, people do not. If it arrives filled in, the submission is discarded. Nothing about you is inferred from it and it holds no data of yours.

Please do not send sensitive information. These forms are ordinary email. They are not a secure channel, they are not accredited for anything, and they should not carry classified, procurement-sensitive, or personally sensitive material. A short note asking to arrange a conversation is always the safer opening.

Keeping and deleting

How long it is kept

A form submission becomes an email in a company mailbox. That is the whole of its storage — there is no separate copy in a database or a contact system, so deleting the email deletes the record.

Submissions are retained for twelve months, and they are seen only by the company's release authority and whoever handles the inbox. There is no wider distribution, no CRM, and no automated processing of what you write.

To have your information deleted, email info@intel-analysis.com and ask. Say roughly when you got in touch so the message can be found. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect an application or an enquiry that is still open.

Measurement

Analytics, cookies, and logs

There are currently no analytics on this site and no cookies are set. No JavaScript is loaded on any page, so there is nothing running in your browser to measure you with.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, the infrastructure processes the requests needed to send you a page. That is a function of hosting rather than a choice this site makes, and the company does not receive, store, or analyze those records.

When you submit a form it is handled by a small piece of code running on that same hosting, which validates it and sends one email. The contents are never written to a log, a database, or anywhere else — they exist for the length of one request and then only as an email in a company mailbox. To limit automated abuse the code may briefly keep a one-way hash of your network address and a counter, which expires by itself and holds nothing you typed.

Analytics are planned, and the requirement is that whatever is chosen is privacy-respecting. This section will be rewritten before anything is installed, not afterwards.

Still to be settled

This page describes what the site does. It deliberately does not state a governing jurisdiction, a legal basis for processing, or which privacy statutes the company treats itself as subject to — because those are decisions for the company to take with advice, and asserting one here that nobody chose would be worse than leaving the question visible.

If you need a formal position on any of that in order to get in touch, email info@intel-analysis.com and ask. You will get a straight answer or an honest "not yet".
