All-source analysis is not a separate product line here. It is the discipline the supply chain and due diligence work is made of, and it is the reason those judgments are worth acting on. This page describes the foundation rather than selling a service.
Anyone can gather. The discipline is deciding what it means.
What all-source means in practice
Working all-source means no single stream of reporting is treated as the answer. Material from different disciplines is weighed against itself, sources are assessed for what they are positioned to know, and the places where they disagree are treated as information rather than noise.
The output is a judgment with its uncertainty intact. A finding that hides what the analyst was unsure about is easier to read and worth considerably less.
