What to consider before joining

Working at a small company comes with tradeoffs. Here are a few to consider.

Assignment opportunities
Available assignments depend on the contracts and requirements we support. We will discuss current opportunities and how they align with your experience and goals.
Between assignments
Ask about assignment duration and what happens when a contract ends. Those details matter when deciding whether a role is right for you.
Fewer formal programs
Ask about the training and development available for the role. Working closely with experienced analysts can be valuable, but it is important to understand the support offered.
Individual contribution
In a small team, your contribution is visible and you work closely with leadership. Ask us how responsibilities and feedback work in the role you are considering.
Most of the work is on customer site
Most work takes place at customer sites. Our Alexandria office is available by appointment; work arrangements depend on the role.
