Barry is a 22-year veteran of the US Air Force, specializing in counterintelligence and criminal investigation. Assignments in CENTCOM and AFRICOM gave him a close, in-depth look at the challenges in those regions. His commercial career has included program management in the counterintelligence, supply chain risk management, and SETA (systems engineering and technical assistance) domains — at Lockheed Martin that meant a multi-year contract staffing over sixty expert analysts to a national-level intelligence agency. He is not new to this firm either: he worked here as a counterintelligence analyst from 2017 to 2018, doing supply chain risk research for a defense customer, and returned in August 2025 to run the company.

Why this page exists
Named people are a credential
A small company that will not say who runs it is asking a customer to take a great deal on trust. Naming both principals, with records a third party can confirm, costs the firm nothing and removes an obstacle for every one of its audiences.
It also sets the expectation correctly. In a firm this size a contracting officer with a question, a prime assembling a team, and an analyst considering an offer all end up talking to one of these two people — so it is better that they know that in advance.
Analysts are not named anywhere on this site, and that is a policy rather than an omission. Both principals have public profiles already; publishing an analyst's name would create exposure that did not exist before and could not be withdrawn. Neither principal's home location is published here either — it is on their profiles, and it is not corporate information.
